When is my refund initiated?
Rabitat initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary with the time taken by the logistic partner to deliver the return to our wearhouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Rabitat may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
When can I expect my refund?
After the refund has been initiated by Rabitat, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
- NEFT - 1 to 3 days post refund initiation.
- Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been packed in our warehouse. This applies to all orders, including items purchased on sale. Once the cancellation is confirmed, any amount paid will be refunded to the same payment method used during the purchase.

You can cancel your customized product order within 2 hours of placing the order.

After 2 hours of order placement, the customized product order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
